Co-Chairs:
Function as the liaisons between the organization and UCLA Law and the broader UCLA community.  Oversee the workings of the organization and coordinate activities of the committees.  Chair the meetings and coordinate board meetings.  Along with Treasurer, assumes responsibility for OUTLaw with the UCLA Student Programming office.

Admissions Committee Chairs:
Works with the Office of Admissions on the recruitment of LGBT students to the UCLA School of Law. Past activities have included sending a letter to prospective students and participating in New Admit Day activities.

Education Committee Chairs:
Chairs the education committee, which is responsible for planning events that educate the law school community about issues facing LGBT people.  Events in the past have included: a panel on Proposition 8, the marriage equality wedding cake events in the student lounge, a panel discussion about living conditions for transgender prison detainees, and tabling for Transgender Day of Remembrance.

Social Committee Chairs:
Plans social events and other activities for the OUTLaw membership.  Past activities include the Fall BBQ, movie nights, game nights, and outings to local bars and night clubs.

Community Liaison:
Coordinates with other identity organizations at the law school, graduate and undergraduate LGBT organizations on the UCLA campus, LGBT organizations at other law schools, and the LGLA.  Serves as an interface between queer students on campus and the queer community in Los Angeles.

Outreach Coordinator:
Responsible for maintaining the bulletin board. Develops and maintains the website. Manages the OUTLaw e-mailing lists.

Russell Krupen, '10

Treasurer:
Prepares and revises annual OUTLaw budget.  In coordination with the Co-Chairs, completes and submits Dean's Discretionary Fund and SBA Funding applications.  Interfaces with school accounting office to ensure that reimbursement requests are processed promptly.  Assumes signatory authority over group's private bank account and manages it.
